Boilerplate, sample contract? Custom contract? Something in between?
An "off the shelf" form contract may be appropriate in some situations. A custom attorney prepared contract drawn from scratch seems "overkill" for every business interaction. However, the old adage "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" seems especially appropriate when it comes to contracts. Missing a required provision -- or overlooking a term that comes back to torment later - can cost an enormous amount of time, energy and resources to "fix" after the fact.
Gone are the days where a simple one-page document and a handshake sealed the average deal. Now "standard" contracts often run long, tiny print including all sorts of "legalese."

Arden Law can either REVIEW a proposed contract or DRAFT a custom or semi-custom contract for use in your particular situation. Arden Law Firm typically offers contract services on a flat-fee basis.
